Job Description
Lead one of South Africas most dynamic gaming floors and shape the future of premium casino experiences. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a strategic operator who understands gaming performance, guest engagement, and operational excellence.
This role oversees the full gaming operations within a major entertainment complex, including Slots, Table Games, and VIP Services. The Gaming Manager is responsible for driving gaming revenue, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining exceptional service standards across the gaming floor. The position combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering a premium guest experience.
You will work closely with marketing, hospitality, and entertainment teams to enhance visitation, strengthen VIP relationships, and optimise gaming performance. The role also plays a key part in developing leadership teams and building a culture focused on service excellence and operational integrity.

What Youll Do
Lead and oversee the full gaming operation including Slots, Tables, and VIP Services
Drive gaming revenue growth and optimise floor performance
Ensure seamless operations and high service standards across the gaming floor
Oversee VIP gaming services and premium player engagement strategies
Monitor performance metrics and implement initiatives to improve productivity and profitability
Ensure full compliance with gaming regulations, licence conditions, and internal controls
Collaborate with marketing, hospitality, and entertainment teams to drive guest visitation
Lead and develop gaming leadership teams to build a high-performance culture
Manage departmental budgets and ensure cost-effective operations
Develop and execute VIP player acquisition and retention strategies
What You Bring
Matric plus a Bachelors Degree or Advanced Diploma in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field
810 years experience in casino operations and VIP services relationship management
Extensive leadership experience in senior operational roles
Strong understanding of casino operations, loyalty programmes, and player value management
Proven ability to drive gaming revenue and operational performance
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work operational shifts within a casino environment
