About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Administrator – Service Advisor at Motus Land Rover Bloemfontein. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, scheduling service appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with clients in person, over the phone, and via email to schedule service appointments
- Provide status updates to clients on their service appointments and answer any questions or concerns they may have
- Maintain accurate records of all service appointments, including client information, vehicle details, and service provided
- Coordinate with the service department to ensure that all appointments are scheduled efficiently and completed in a timely manner
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries with customers
- Assist with resolving any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure the overall success of the department
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
