About the Role
Join Indigo Brands, a leader in the personal care and beauty industry, as part of AVI Limited. We are seeking a passionate Renovations Scanner Operator to join our team in Epping, Cape Town. In this role, you will perform various tasks as part of a team, operate manual machinery, and assist with the production of partially processed and fully finished goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform various tasks as part of a team
- Operate manual machinery
- Assist with the production of partially processed and fully finished goods
- Adhere to GMP and Hygiene principles as specified in relevant company policies or procedures
- Comply with Quality policy
- Inform immediate supervisor of any instance affecting GMP
- Receive authorised returns from Pharmacies, Department and Food chain stores
- Weigh individual consignments and ensure waybill is signed and endorsed if discrepancy
- Process collections, partial and full returns on SAP
- Process all refurbished stock and disassemble, return if poor quality
- Capture stock on SAP
- Ensure refurbished stock are transferred to Distribution Centre on SAP as per SOP
- Attend green area meetings
- Participate in green areas
- Discuss problems that may occur and suggest workflow improvements
- Ensure green area is always neat and tidy and adhere to green areas code of conduct
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year exposure in a Warehousing Operations and FMCG environment
- Minimum 1 year experience in Debriefing
- Strong work experience on SAP
Qualifications
- Grade 12 NQF5 qualification in Warehousing (advantageous)
