About the Role
Mirna Butler Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Junior Practice Assistant to support their dynamic team in George, South Africa. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving patients
- Opening and managing patient files
- Assist patients with fitting frames
- Compile quotations and invoices
- Assisting with stock takes
- Scheduling appointments
- Ensuring the practice is organized and tidy
- Providing support to the sales team by promoting products and services, assisting with achieving sales targets
Requirements
- Matric
- Computer literate in Excel
- 1 year of administration experience
- Previous sales experience
- Experience in medical practices beneficial
- Fluency in Afrikaans and English
- Valid RSA driver’s license and own transport or reliable transport
- Willing to work retail hours, including weekends
