About the Role
We are seeking a creative and technically-minded Product Specialist to bridge the gap between software development and end-users. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping how products are experienced, understood, and adopted.
Key Responsibilities
- Create High-Impact Documentation: Develop clear, concise, and user-friendly materials including feature overviews, rollout guides, and step-by-step instructions.
- Bring Ideas to Life Visually: Design infographics, videos, and UI elements that simplify complex concepts and enhance user experience.
- Drive Knowledge Sharing: Support internal training and ensure teams stay aligned with new features and product updates.
- Continuously Improve Content: Review and refine existing documentation to keep it accurate, relevant, and aligned with product evolution.
Requirements
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Design experience (Adobe Photoshop, Affinity, or similar) with a strong UX/UI eye
- Tech-savvy with tools like Google Workspace, WordPress, and AI-assisted content tools
- Experience creating video or interactive content
- Strong collaboration skills, attention to detail, and a process-driven mindset
Qualifications
- 2 years experience as a Product Specialist, Technical Writer, Product Writer, or similar role
- Background in software or a tech-related environment
- Exposure to the software development lifecycle (SDLC) is advantageous
