About the Role

The Warehouse Team Leader is a critical role that oversees the daily operations of our warehouse team, ensuring efficient management of inventory, quality control, and adherence to health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the performance of the team
  • Compile daily reports and take corrective action when targets are not met
  • Conduct manpower planning and ensure workstation ergonomics
  • Oversee scrap management and maintain quality supervision
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and HR procedures and regulations
  • Maintain high housekeeping and operational standards
  • Assist with WIP (Work in Progress) and sorting activities

Requirements

  • Grade 12 with Mathematics or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years Supervisor/Management experience
  • Managerial, Supervisory, or Logistics qualification
  • Valid Forklift License
  • Drivers license (advantageous)
  • Experience with product-on-hand processes (advantageous)
