About the Role
The Centurion: F&I Business Manager â Pre-Owned Vehicles role is a critical position that requires a seasoned finance and insurance expert to drive business growth, ensure compliance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Structure and submit vehicle finance applications to multiple financial institutions
- Negotiate optimal finance terms on behalf of customers
- Ensure all deals are structured in line with dealership profitability targets
- Monitor and manage finance approvals and payouts
- Present and sell insurance products and value-added services (e.g. service plans, warranties, credit protection)
- Ensure customers fully understand finance and insurance options
- Maintain strong relationships with insurance providers and finance houses
- Ensure full compliance with FAIS, NCA, and dealership policies
- Accurately prepare and manage all finance and insurance documentation
- Verify proper verification of customer documentation and credit applications
- Address and resolve finance-related customer queries
Requirements
- RE5 Certification (Essential)
- NCA & FAIS compliant
- Accredited with major banks (advantageous)
- Minimum 35 years’ experience as an F&I Manager in a motor dealership
- Strong experience in pre-owned vehicle finance
- Proven track record of achieving finance and insurance targets
