About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator & Receptionist to join our team at Bridgena Barnard Personnel Group in the Western Cape region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, managing the front desk, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering and managing the switchboard
- Assisting walk-in customers
- Handling telephonic and email enquiries / forwarding to relevant people
- Filing, scanning, and general admin duties
- Processing cash and card payments
- Updating daily staff attendance timesheets
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies
- Capturing data on Sage Pastel (PO’s & GRVs)
- Preparing quotations
- Handling RFQs (Request for Quotations)
- Telesales of existing clients as well as canvassing for new potential clients
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic computer literacy with experience in Sage Pastel preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
