About the Role
Telebest is seeking an experienced Senior Portfolio Manager to join our team in Sandton. As a key member of our facilities management department, you will be responsible for managing back-to-back SLA agreements with suppliers and contractors, monitoring service provider performance, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage back to back SLA agreements with suppliers and contractors
- Monitor service providers (contractors) performance and effect corrective action on any deviations to the SLA2
- People management
- Customer relationships
- Risk management
- Ensure quality systems of the Project Agreement are implemented and monitored on an ongoing basis for both technical and soft FM services
- Ensure compliance with Agreement contractual obligations and Company’s authorization levels
- Review and report on monthly variance reports
- Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Standards
Requirements
- Matric (Senior Certificate)
- National Diploma/Degree: Facilities Management, Property Management, Project Management, Operations Management or related FM formal qualification
- Valid SA Drivers License
- 8 yrs relevant experience in Facilities Management, CRM, Property Management & Financial Management
- MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project & MS Outlook (Intermediate skill level)
- SAP knowledge
