About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Venue Protection Officer to join our team at Sandton. As a Venue Protection Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their events.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential threats
- Patrol designated areas and respond to incidents in a timely and effective manner
- Collaborate with event staff and management to ensure seamless event execution
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, patrols, and other relevant activities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their guests
Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate
- PSIRA registration
- Security Officer Grade C certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Firearm competency certificate
- No criminal record
Qualifications
No formal qualifications are required for this role. However, applicants must be able to provide SAPS certified copies of their qualifications and ID upon request.
