About the Role
Stratogo is seeking a skilled Group Demand Planner to join our team in Durban. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our group’s demand planning processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform demand planning decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement demand planning strategies
- Develop and maintain accurate forecasts and reports on demand planning performance
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to demand planning efforts
- Continuously monitor and adjust demand planning processes as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in demand planning or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
