About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team in Cape Town. As a specialist in sales account management, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships and driving revenue growth. If you have a strong background in sales and excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage key client relationships to drive revenue growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet client needs
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Monitor and report on sales performance to management
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant sales account management experience
- Strong understanding of client and market dynamics and requirements
- Extensive knowledge of sales principles and processes
- Valid, unendorsed Code 8 driver’s license
- Computer literate: proficient at an Intermediate level in Excel, Word & PowerPoint
Qualifications
- Higher Certificate or similar relevant tertiary qualification (NQF5)
- Diploma or similar relevant qualification (NQF6)
