About the Role
The Junior Farm Manager role at our Weaner & Grower Site in Bronkhorspruit offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and contribute to the day-to-day management of the site. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the weaner and grower site, ensuring efficient site management, and supporting operational excellence through effective planning, maintenance, logistics, and record keeping.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the weaner and grower site and all related daily operations
- Oversee livestock selection and ensure animal welfare standards are maintained
- Coordinate maintenance of facilities, equipment, and infrastructure
- Manage logistics and fleet operations, including vehicle and equipment usage
- Handle stock management, including inventory control and reporting
- Maintain accurate record keeping and operational documentation
- Support operational efficiency and compliance with company standards
- Perform additional farm management duties as required

- Previous experience in a farming or agricultural environment
