Job Description
The Customer Success Manager is responsible for ensuring implementing any new client and/or scope within the business in adherence to the Client Service Level agreements, whilst ensuring effective management & involvement of the support functions & client teams to make the implementation a success on go-live. Overall accountability for project performance of the implementation period/project and its alignment with organizational objectives. The Customer Success Manager role is managed by the Group Implementations Director ensuring direction is provided in terms of Customer Vision
Plays a crucial role in seeing that the new clients have onboarded with utmost
diligence.
Create a stellar impression.
Pre-planned onboarding strategy to retain & grow customers.
Help clients with the proper insight & training of the products and services.
Create training strategy to educate the customers and how our solutions can
benefit them.
Internal upskilling & training in conjunction with training department of the
Customer Obsessed Team.
