? ?? ??????????? ??????????? is recruiting on behalf of a prestigious, luxury 5-star game lodge situated in the breathtaking landscapes of Tanzania for an experienced and hands-on ????? ?????????? ?????? Our client operates an exceptional luxury safari lodge set within one of Africa’s most iconic wilderness areas, offering guests an unrivalled combination of world-class hospitality and immersive wildlife experiences. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a passionate, driven couple to take joint ownership of a lodge operation in a remote yet stunning natural environment leading a dedicated team while upholding the highest standards of guest satisfaction and conservation values. The successful couple will be jointly responsible for the full operational management of the lodge, including overseeing all day-to-day functions, guest relations, team leadership, and administrative duties. This encompasses managing reservations and reporting systems, maintaining service excellence across all departments, ensuring the wellbeing and development of staff, and fostering a warm, professional atmosphere that reflects the lodge’s ethos. Both partners are expected to be actively involved and complement each other’s skills across the front- and back-of-house functions. ???????????? A relevant tertiary qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Demonstrable experience managing a luxury safari lodge or a comparable remote hospitality environment. Strong leadership qualities with a proven ability to motivate, mentor, and manage a multicultural team. Excellent organisational skills and sound problem-solving capabilities. A genuine enthusiasm for curating outstanding, personalised guest experiences. Familiarity with wildlife, conservation principles, and local East African culture will be an advantage. Adaptable and resilient, with the temperament and commitment required for remote bush living. Proficiency in lodge management systems, including reservations platforms, operational reporting, and general communication tools. Both partners must be able to complement one another’s skills and together cover the full spectrum of lodge management responsibilities.
