About the Role
Join a high-impact digital transformation team at Edgexec (Pty) Ltd, where you will drive intelligent automation at scale and transform how business gets done. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain UiPath automations using attended and unattended robots
- Translate business requirements and process design documents into scalable solutions
- Build reusable components, frameworks, and libraries to standardise automation
- Automate processes across ERP systems, web platforms, Excel, email, and file workflows
- Implement integrations using APIs, queues, and orchestrator assets
- Conduct unit testing, system testing, and support UAT processes
- Deploy automations through UiPath Orchestrator across environments
- Monitor robot performance, schedules, and job execution
- Troubleshoot and resolve automation failures and performance issues
- Maintain technical documentation, including solution designs and runbooks
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and governance standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritise automation opportunities
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 13 years experience in IT, development, or automation roles
- Exposure to UiPath or other RPA platforms
- Basic programming knowledge (Python, C#, or VB.NET)
- Familiarity with SQL, system integrations, or APIs
- Understanding of process mapping or business analysis concepts is advantageous
