Minimum Requirements
- Matric (NQF Level 4)
- 2–3 years’ relevant experience (4–5 preferred) in service coordination/technical support
- Experience working with field service technicians
- Knowledge of timesheets, job cards and service documentation
- Experience in asset and fleet/vehicle maintenance coordination
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and internal job management systems
- Strong communication, organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail
Duties and Responsibilities
- Liaise and coordinate with field service technicians for service attendances
- Manage and process job cards, service requests and internal system updates
- Check, follow up and ensure accuracy of timesheets and work reports
- Coordinate scheduling and planning of technicians and apprentices
- Oversee asset management, including tracking tools and equipment
- Monitor and coordinate fleet/vehicle maintenance, ensuring timely servicing and repairs
- Arrange service attendances and provide operational support to Technical Advisors
- Maintain accurate records and filing of all service-related documentation
- Assist with administrative tasks and invoicing support
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards
