This role is focused on designing, building, and supporting robust automation solutions using the UiPath platform. You will work across multiple business units including Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, HR, and IT to automate high-volume, rules-based processes. The environment is collaborative and delivery-driven, with strong alignment to governance, security, and enterprise standards.
You will partner with business stakeholders, process analysts, and IT teams to translate requirements into scalable automation solutions. This role offers exposure to a wide range of systems, including ERP platforms, web applications, and legacy environments, while contributing to a growing automation capability.

What Youll Do
Design, develop, and maintain UiPath automations using attended and unattended robots
Translate business requirements and process design documents into scalable solutions
Build reusable components, frameworks, and libraries to standardise automation
Automate processes across ERP systems, web platforms, Excel, email, and file workflows
Implement integrations using APIs, queues, and orchestrator assets
Conduct unit testing, system testing, and support UAT processes
Deploy automations through UiPath Orchestrator across environments
Monitor robot performance, schedules, and job execution
Troubleshoot and resolve automation failures and performance issues
Maintain technical documentation, including solution designs and runbooks
Ensure compliance with security, audit, and governance standards
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritise automation opportunities
What You Bring
Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
13 years experience in IT, development, or automation roles
Exposure to UiPath or other RPA platforms
Basic programming knowledge (Python, C#, or VB.NET)
Familiarity with SQL, system integrations, or APIs
Understanding of process mapping or business analysis concepts is advantageous
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capability
Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration skills
