About the Role
Wild Dreams Hospitality is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Field Guide to join their luxury private game reserve in the Great Karoo. As a key member of the team, you will deliver engaging game drives, connect guests with the environment, and uphold exceptional service standards in a remote and scenic setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Game drives
- Bush walks
- Guest hosting
- Monthly reports
- Reserve and general maintenance
- Informative presentations
- Key species monitoring
- Data collection
- Security assistance
- Willingness to assist all departments
Requirements
- FGASA NQF2 or NQF4 qualification
- Valid PrDP license
- Valid First Aid certificate
- SAPS Competency certificate needed
- Valid NDT registration
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans (spoken and written)
- Previous Field Guide or conservation research experience
- Computer literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), mapping program experience a plus
