About the Role
The ideal candidate will serve as the “Face of the Company” and provide exceptional customer service to clients, customers, and suppliers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong personality, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the front desk and customer service point of contact for all inquiries and transactions
- Operate the switchboard, answering and directing calls with a professional telephone manner
- Assist walk-in customers, clients, and suppliers courteously and efficiently
- Handle registrations and capture customer information accurately
- Manage cash sales accurately and responsibly
- Perform daily cash-ups, reconciling cash and reporting discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, typing, and document management
- Process stock orders and liaise with suppliers where required
- Assist with wage administration and basic payroll support
- Maintain organized records, both electronic and manual
- Support management with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
