Job Description

Front Desk & Customer Service

  • Serve as the “Face of the Company”, offering professional, friendly, and efficient customer service at all times
  • Operate the switchboard, answering and directing calls with a professional telephone manner
  • Assist walkin customers, clients, and suppliers courteously and efficiently
  • Handle registrations and capture customer information accurately

Sales & Cash Handling

  • Manage cash sales accurately and responsibly
  • Perform daily cash-ups, reconciling cash and reporting discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions

Administration & Office Support

  • Perform general administrative duties including filing, typing, and document management
  • Process stock orders and liaise with suppliers where required
  • Assist with wage administration and basic payroll support
  • Maintain organized records, both electronic and manual
  • Support management with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed

General Duties

  • Work effectively under pressure during busy periods
  • Assist across multiple functions as required (true allrounder role)
  • Uphold company policies, procedures, and professional standards
