Job Description

About the Role

Network International is seeking a highly experienced Finance Manager to join our global organisation. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and supporting business performance through insightful financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including management accounts, statutory reporting, and group reporting packs.
Manage the financial close process, ensuring general ledger integrity, balance sheet reconciliations, and accurate reporting.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and financial performance tracking.
Lead audit processes, ensuring compliance with IFRS, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
Oversee treasury and cash flow management, including forecasting, working capital, and FX exposure.
Ensure tax compliance, company secretarial requirements, and adherence to internal governance frameworks.
Lead and develop the finance team, including Accounts Payable and Treasury functions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing systems, processes, and financial controls.

Requirements

CA(SA) is essential
5–10 years’ experience in financial management within a multinational or professional services environment
Experience in large, project-based environments and exposure to project accounting within the financial reporting process would be advantageous
Strong knowledge of IFRS (particularly IFRS 9, 15, and 16), financial reporting, and internal controls
Experience managing audits, treasury, and compliance functions
Exposure to ERP systems (Oracle HFM preferred)
Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
High attention to detail with the ability to operate in a deadline-driven environment
