About the Role
The Client Care Consultant role at Techbridge Recruitment involves providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and support platforms. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for resolving customer queries efficiently while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and support platforms in a professional and timely manner
- Accurately capture and update customer information on internal systems
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated or complex queries
- Maintain a strong understanding of company products, services, and processes
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and shift schedules
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer care / call centre environment (advantageous)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer literacy and system navigation skills
- Experience with customer support platforms (Freshdesk preferred, Zendesk, Zoho Desk, Help Scout, Intercom advantageous)
- Basic mathematical skills
- Ability and willingness to work shifts
