About the Role
GAP Consulting is seeking an experienced Service Manager to join our team in Gauteng. As a key member of our automotive industry team, you will be responsible for overseeing service operations and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day service operations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures
- Supervise and train staff members
- Maintain strong working relationships with customers and stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ recent experience as a Service Manager within the Automotive Industry
- Grade 12 Qualification
- Valid Driver’s Licence essential
- Relevant Trade Test Qualifications (merSETA | Olifantsfontein | QCTO) will be beneficial
- Strong Working Knowledge of Automotive Service Management disciplines essential
