About the Role
The Tolcon Group is seeking a Landscaping Operator to join our team in Hartbeespoort. As a key member of our landscaping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and safety of our properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that the prescribed levels of safety, maintenance and service are maintained.
- Maintain lawns by sodding, reseeding, rolling, and mowing.
- Operate related equipment.
- Plan and weed plants.
- Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides.
- Plant and prune shrubs, hedges, and trees.
- Provide prompt service to all areas at the required times.
- Ensure that all areas under your control are safe, clean and tidy as is always reasonably practical according to the instructions laid down by management.
Requirements
- Grade 10
- Excellent command of the English language
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Friendly and assist disposition
- Goal-oriented, organized team player
- Self-management
- Certificate of fitness
