Job Description

Qualifications & Experience
· Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or similar
· 3–5+ years’ experience in a luxury lodge or 5-star hotel
· Previous supervisory or management experience essential
· Knowledge of safari/lodge operations highly advantageous
· Wine knowledge (beneficial)
· Valid driver’s license (often required in remote lodges)

Working Conditions (Eastern Cape Lodges)
· Live-in position (remote location)
· Shift work, including weekends and public holidays
· Long hours with a hands-on operational role
· High guest interaction and expectation environment
