About the Role

Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a polished and service-driven Lifestyle Manager to join a prestigious luxury lifestyle management company based in Johannesburg. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised, client-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth members.

Key Responsibilities

Manage member requests via email, telephone, and CRM systems in line with agreed service level agreements
Deliver a high standard of personalised lifestyle management to members
Act as the first point of contact for the Johannesburg office, ensuring all interactions reflect brand standards
Support members with requests from initiation through to successful completion
Assist in maintaining excellent service delivery and member satisfaction
Provide administrative support to Senior Management and Lifestyle Managers
Extract and analyse data from CRM systems to support reporting and operational requirements
Ensure accuracy and upkeep of databases, contacts, and member information
Maintain compliance with internal procedures and data protection standards, including PCI DSS requirements
Support the Brand Relations Manager with research and preparation of newsletters and media summaries
Assist in maintaining up-to-date events listings and supplier/contact databases
Contribute to internal communications and operational updates
Attend and support company events when required
Assist with event execution and engage with attendees as a brand ambassador
Represent the company in a professional and polished manner at all times

Requirements

Background in customer service, guest relations, personal assistance, lifestyle management, or similar

Experience working with executives, senior executives, or VIP clients advantageous

Exposure to luxury travel, hospitality, or service environments preferred

Strong understanding of high-end client expectations and service delivery standards
