About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Assistant – Facilitator/Assessor/Moderator to join our team at Afri Training Institute in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our sales support team, you will play a crucial role in facilitating and assessing training sessions, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate training sessions for clients in a professional and engaging manner
- Assess client progress and provide feedback to ensure they meet their learning objectives
- Moderate discussions and activities to promote active learning and participation
- Provide administrative support to sales teams and trainers as needed
Requirements
- Qualifications in assessor and moderator essential
- Proficient in MS Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent verbal communication and administrative skills
- Must either have an industry-related qualification, NQF Level 4 or have operated as a supervisor or manager within a sales environment
- Experience: Facilitators must have relevant industry and facilitation experience related to sales. Assessors must at least have 1 year experience in sales.
