Responsibilities:
Generate accurate reports from multiple data platforms. Participate in implementing processes for management information (MI) reporting systems as part of a team. Measure and analyze performance metrics to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). Identify performance gaps between actual metrics and SLAs. Assist with resource forecasting and scheduling in line with program specifications. Produce daily program-specific reports. Flag and report deviations from schedules. Track program headcount and highlight potential discrepancies. Manage real-time shrinkage and adherence. Provide administrative support to the Project Manager as needed. Who Were Looking For: The ideal candidate will have: Strong analytical and data management skills. Experience in forecasting, scheduling, and adherence tracking. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in real-time reporting tools and data platforms.
