About the Role
Our client in Mozambique is urgently seeking a Railway Infrastructure Works & Projects Supervisor to oversee railway works projects. The ideal candidate will have vast experience in railway project management, with a strong focus on cost and production awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct monthly planning tests as required by the client
- Provide leadership, problem-solving, and adaptability in team management, productivity, and workplace dynamics
- Balance team performance and workplace dynamics to achieve project goals
Requirements
- Senior Mid-Level Technician with vast experience in railway project management
- Cost and production awareness are key requirements for this role
