Minimum requirements for the role: A degree in chemistry, industrial chemistry or related qualification is essential for this role. Previous experience having worked within either a sales or a technical role working within the business-to-business chemical sector, preferably in agrochemicals and/or experience working in a technical role focused on agrochemical products is preferred for the role. Must have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Must have knowledge of the MS Office package. Must be results driven and passionate with the ability to build and foster strong strategic relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Driving business growth, managing client relationships, and expanding market presence within the speciality ingredient and agrochemicals raw materials within the agrochemical industries. Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share. Managing and expanding the customer portfolio within the agricultural chemical sector. Identifying and developing new business opportunities. Negotiating contracts and close deals effectively. Collaborating with technical and R&D teams to provide clients with tailored solutions. Monitoring market developments in order to identify and grow market share. Managing, achieving and exceeding sales volumes, value, profit and key performance indicator targets. Offering technical support, commissioning and first level troubleshooting when required as well as providing technical support for customers. Reviewing the value proposition to ensure the product offering remains a premium brand. Forecasting and managing stock levels to ensure stock requirements are met.
