The products are technically sophisticated and involve a consultative sales cycle. Candidate Requirements A minimum of 5 years in a sales environment, with a proven track record in new business development and relationship management. Matric (Grade 12) is essential; a Certificate or Diploma in Sales or Marketing is highly preferred. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills with a results-oriented mindset. Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Word and Excel) and experience using CRM platforms. Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport to the company offices in Alrode, Alberton are essential (a company vehicle is provided for site visits). Well-presented, self-motivated, and capable of working autonomously to meet and exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities Business Development: Actively identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold-calling, canvassing, and networking. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with new and existing clients to ensure a robust sales pipeline. Consultative Selling: Conduct professional client visits and high-level presentations to demonstrate the value of the specialised product range. Sales Lifecycle Management: Manage leads from initial contact through to closing, ensuring consistent follow-up and service excellence. Administrative Excellence: Maintain accurate records within the CRM system, manage diaries/appointments, and provide detailed daily activity reports.
