1. Grade 12
2. Relevant qualification/s i.e. Total Quality Management or similar would be an advantage
3. Experience in manufacturing would be an advantage
4. Able to work night shift and extended hours on a weekly rotational rostering system.
5. Individuals must be between the ages of 18 and 34 (South African Citizens)
6. Must be UNEMPLOYED
7. Meet the definition of “Black People” as defined in the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act 53 of 2003
8. Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet)
9. The ability to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken word)
