About the Role

The Team Leader (Sales) position is a critical role in driving sales growth and market competitiveness for our Company. As a seasoned Sales professional, you will be responsible for leading the SWD SalesTeam to implement market-driven differentiated services that build sustainable competitiveness within clearly identified channels.

Key Responsibilities

Understand customer needs, offer solutions and support
Organize and coordinate regional information Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
Recruit, hire, and train new sales representatives, when necessary Receive and report on all sales leads
Supervise sales team members Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions Work with sales team when closing sales
Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics Meet all sales quotas and goals Assist sales team to meet and exceed goals

Requirements

3 years of sales experience in FMCG environment – preferably CSD Intermediate knowledge of PC and experience with tracking and recording call information on Microsoft Office and/or similar software Demonstrated and proved sales results Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently Excellent Customer Care and focus Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications

Grade 12 / Matric / NQF level 4
