About the Role
Hire Resolve is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Structural Draughtsman to join our client’s team in Bryanston. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about structural engineering and eager to contribute to innovative projects in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and modify detailed structural drawings using CAD software.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to interpret design specifications accurately.
- Review and ensure compliance of drawings with local building codes and industry standards.
- Participate in design meetings to discuss changes and updates to projects.
- Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for designs.
- Maintain organized documentation and drawing files for easy access and review.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in structural drafting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software.
- A relevant degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of structural design principles and building codes.
- Attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work.
