- Agricultural Diploma / Degree advantageous
- 5 years management experience preferably in blueberries
- Strong technical knowledge in IPM, fertilization practices and irrigation
- Good administrative and computer skills (MS Office especially Excel)
- Emotionally intelligent, performs well under pressure and adapts well to changing circumstances
- Maintenance and mechanically orientated
- Ability to motivate and work with staff
- Valid driver’s license
