Requirements: Grade 12 (Finance/Accounting qualification advantageous) 5–8 years’ experience managing large debtor books Strong knowledge of debtors function & open item accounting Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) SYSPRO experience advantageous Excellent communication skills in English & Afrikaans Willingness to work overtime when required Key Responsibilities: Manage and reconcile allocated debtor accounts Allocate payments accurately per remittances Compile and maintain debtor statements, records and reports Monitor overdue accounts and escalate for collection Verify trade references for new applications Produce weekly age analysis reports Engage professionally with debtors and internal teams Skills & Attributes: Analytical, detail-orientated, organised, customer-focused, able to work independently under pressure, with strong problem-solving abilities.
