About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Craven Cottage CC in Ballito. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, onboarding, and staffing across four lodges, providing HR guidance and support to lodge managers, and ensuring compliance with South African labour legislation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staffing across four lodges
- Provide HR guidance and support to lodge managers
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary processes, and grievances
- Implement training, development, and performance management systems
- Ensure compliance with South African labour legislation
- Support workforce planning and operational HR needs within a hospitality environment
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years HR experience (hospitality industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation
- Ability to support multiple operational sites
- Valid South African driver’s licence
- Willingness to travel regularly to lodge locations
- Conversational Zulu is advantageous
