Job Description

Duties:
 
Manage recruitment, onboarding and staffing across four lodges
Provide HR guidance and support to lodge managers
Handle employee relations, disciplinary processes and grievances
Implement training, development and performance management systems
Ensure compliance with South African labour legislation
Support workforce planning and operational HR needs within a hospitality environment
 
Requirements:
 
Degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or related field
Minimum 5 years HR experience (hospitality industry preferred)
Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation
Ability to support multiple operational sites
Valid South African driver’s licence
Willingness to travel regularly to lodge locations
Conversational Zulu is advantageous
