About the Role

Hire Resolve is seeking a highly experienced and qualified Finance Manager CA(SA) to join their team in Bellville. This hybrid role offers the possibility of both remote and in-office work, providing flexibility for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the long-term financial sustainability of the organization
Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making by senior leadership
Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements to regulatory authorities
Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and other financial stakeholders
Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to achieve departmental goals

Requirements

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) designation is required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance role, preferably in the insurance industry
Completed SAICA Articles/Board Exams, with 2+ years Post-Audit Experience within Corporate Environment
Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements in the insurance sector

Qualifications
