Location: Bellville, South Africa
Company: Leading insurance company in RSA
Hire Resolve is currently seeking a highly experienced and qualified finance manager with a CA(SA) designation to join our client’s team in Bellville. This is a hybrid role, with the possibility of both remote and in-office work.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
– Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the long-term financial sustainability of the organization
– Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making by senior leadership
– Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements to regulatory authorities
– Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and other financial stakeholders
– Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to achieve departmental goals
Qualifications:
– Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) designation is required
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance, preferably in the insurance industry.
– Completed SAICA Articles/Board Exams, with 2+ years Post-Audit Experience within Corporate Environment.
– Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements in the insurance sector
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proven leadership experience and ability to manage a team effectively
