About the Role

Route Management is seeking a skilled Polygraph Examiner to join our team in Bloemfontein. As a polygraph examiner, you will be responsible for conducting integrity tests and analyzing results to assess deceptive tendencies. You will work closely with security, management, and local authorities to provide expert insights and testimony in investigations. With a strong understanding of psychology and physiology, you will utilize specialized tools and techniques to monitor responses and analyze findings.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and conduct polygraph (integrity) tests to assess examinees for deceptive tendencies.
Formulate and ask relevant interview questions, ensuring a professional and thorough examination process.
Utilize specialized tools and techniques to monitor responses and analyze findings.
Document results, analyze data, and present clear reports to management and relevant stakeholders.
Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, ethics, and integrity in all aspects of the role.

Requirements

Certification as a Polygraph Examiner from a recognized institution (e.g., American Polygraph Association).
