About the Role

Our client in the agricultural industry is seeking an experienced Operational Coordinator to join their team in Bloemfontein, Free State. As a natural leader with a passion for people and operations, we are looking for someone with strong administrative and people management skills to oversee daily operations in a high-volume, fast-paced monogastric & ruminant environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversees daily operations in a high-volume, fast-paced monogastric & ruminant environment
Manage customer relationships and provide excellent service
Coordinate and implement operational plans and processes
Monitor and control inventory levels and supply chain logistics
Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements

5 years of customer service experience in the animal feed industry
Solid knowledge of animal feed production
Valid RSA drivers license & own transport
Excellent people relationship management skills
Ability to work under pressure

Qualifications

National Senior Certificate or NQF 4 equivalent
5 years of managerial experience

Salary & Benefits

R20,000 – R30,000 per annum (based on experience)
