About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Bloemfontein, responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the Free State and Northern Cape regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to Sandton (JHB) at least every 3 months (quarterly)
- Work remotely (3 days per week required on the road visiting clients) and at home-office space
- Meet with clients, present products, and negotiate sales
- Manage product allocation and sales commission
- Monitor performance and achieve sales targets
Requirements
- Diploma in Beauty / Skin Care or Cosmetology or Somatology (skin care knowledge & ingredients essential)
- CIDESCO / ITEC / CIBTAC / SAAHSP / City & Guilds qualifications
- On the road/B2B sales experience within Skin Care industry
- Professional English and Afrikaans command (Speak & Write)
- Sales driven and motivated to grow portfolio
- Business savvy with proficiency in sales apps and computer literate, proficient in Ms Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Salary & Benefits
R21,600 per month, fuel allowance, cellphone allowance, vehicle and tyre maintenance allowance, product allocation (3x products per month), sales commission on all sales in your territory, performance incentives and new opening order bonuses, company travel and overnight expenses for business trips exceeding 150km from office
