About the Role
Our client, an established construction contractor operating across multiple provinces, is seeking three experienced Construction Managers to lead major project delivery in the Northern Cape, Mpumalanga, and Free State regions. These immediate opportunities are for seasoned professionals with proven track records managing large-scale, high-value construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of site operations including planning, execution, quality control, cost management, and team leadership
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to specification
- Lead and manage large site teams of 80 employees per site
Requirements
- BTech or Degree in Construction Management /BTech or Degree in Civil Engineering /BTech or Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Professional registration (Pr.CM / Pr.Eng / Pr.Tech.Eng)
- Minimum 15 years of construction management experience
- Completed 3 or more projects valued at R100 million or above
