• Daily business banking including the compiling of payments.
• Processing and reconciliation of bank accounts.
• Debtors processing, recons, and collection.
• Compiling of VAT and related tax returns.
• Monthly financial reports.
• Yearly compiling of audit file.
• Resolving municipal queries via correspondence and travelling.
• General administrative duties.
• Liaison with legal department.

Requirements:

• B Com Accounting degree or studying towards a relevant formal qualification.
• Computer and related software abilities (Excel, Pastel)
• Good communicator, bilingual and team player.
• Ability to perform under pressure.
• Ability to work neatly, accurate and in organized manner.
• Strong administrative skills, be able to solve various challenges that may occur and be deadline driven.
