About the Role

We are seeking a Training Officer – Food Safety – Milling to join our team in Bloemfontein. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for providing training and support to ensure a high-performing workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) training to enhance safety in the production department
• Conduct training needs assessment within the production department
• Offer necessary guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ease new hires into their functions
• Deliver practical training sessions focusing on milling operations, food safety, quality standards, and workplace safety

Requirements

• Relevant experience in a similar role or industry
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
