Bloemfontein: Warehouse Supervisor (Bloemfontein)

The ideal candidate is practical, hands-on, strong stock control experience, ability to lead a team in a fast-paced operational environment, organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working with systems and processes while ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse operations. To supervise and coordinate warehouse operations, ensuring accurate stock control, efficient goods handling, and compliance with company procedures, while supporting operational efficiency and service delivery. Responsibilities: Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and dispatch Maintain accurate stock control and inventory records Conduct regular cycle counts and support stocktake processes Investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions Ensure correct storage, labelling, and handling of stock Apply FIFO principles in stock management Monitor goods received and dispatched for accuracy and quality Maintain accurate system records and data integrity Ensure warehouse procedures and operational standards are followed Supervise and guide warehouse staff to ensure productivity and efficiency Address operational challenges and resolve day-to-day issues Maintain a safe and organised warehouse environment Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Support operational reporting and documentation Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and efficiencies Minimum Requirements: Diploma or qualification in Warehousing, Logistics, Supply Chain 6 – 8 years experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory control Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse / ERP systems & SAP Strong understanding of warehouse processes and stock control Willingness to travel to satellite distribution locations when required.
