Admin / F&I Assistance Position Position OverviewWe are looking for a quickthinking, fastworking individual to assist with administration and Finance & Insurance (F&I) processes and basic marketing tasks. This role requires accuracy, urgency, and the ability to work under pressure.Must Be:* A fast learner and quick thinker* Highly organized and detailoriented* Able to work efficiently in a busy dealership environment* Comfortable handling paperwork and digital systems* Reliable and punctual* Good with customers and professional on the phoneResponsibilities Include:* Vehicle deal file preparation & checking* Assisting with F&I documentation* Uploading & processing contracts* Liaising with banks and clients* General admin & data capturing* Following up on outstanding documents* Assisting with vehicle marketing & online adverts* Posting vehicles on social media (Facebook, Marketplace, etc.)Responding to online enquiries & leads Requirements:* Previous admin experience (motor industry preferred)* Basic computer literacy (emails, capturing, scanning)* Ability to multitask and work quickly without mistakes* Strong communication skills* Comfortable working on your personal laptop (WiFi, printer & systems provided)*Must have a drivers license
