Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Administrative Clerk to support the daily operations of our office. This role involves handling routine admin tasks, assisting with client queries, and helping maintain a smooth workflow across the business.

Main Duties:

  • Perform day-to-day office and administrative functions.
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Capture, update, and maintain client records and internal documentation.
  • Provide scheduling and follow-up support to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Coordinate meetings, diary entries, and general office arrangements.
  • Contribute to a neat, efficient, and professional working environment.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational abilities.
  • Confident using computers and basic office software (MS Office, email, etc.).
  • Polite, professional, and comfortable interacting with clients.
  • English and Afrikaans proficiency is beneficial.
  • Prior admin or office support experience will be considered an advantage.
