Tech Gr12;N3+ Electromech Eng;Trade Tested Millwright;PLC/VSD. Must have 5+ years of exp post trade test on food processing/ packing/labelling m/c/PLC/VSD in a food/beverage/FMCG factory. Achieve Departmental goals across all applicable content areas/forge cross departmental relationships based on common company values/ways of working. Install/assemble machinery/mechanical systems/ equipment as per blueprints/technical manuals/ manufacturer specs. Perform routine prevent maint on machines/ conveyors/pumps/ motors/other mechanical equipment. Diagnose/ repair issues with mechanical systems/electrical components/ hydraulics. Efficiently troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns/minimise production downtime/utilise diagnostic tools to identify issues, incl vibration analysis /infrared thermography. Assist with installation of new systems/upgrades to existing equipment modifications to improve the overall efficiency of operations. Work closely with production teams/Engineers/ other maintenance personnel to resolve equipment issues/improve machine performance. Accurate recordkeeping of maintenance/ repairs/installations, incl. parts used/labour hours/any issues found. Ensure tools/ equipment/parts required for maint are available/well-maintained/follow all safety SOPs, incl. lockout/ tagout practices/while working with hazardous machinery/equipment.
