Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Designer, Art Director, or Creative Lead within a creative studio, agency, or digital environment
• Strong leadership and team management experience overseeing designers, animators, or creative teams
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously
• Advanced proficiency in design and creative tools, including:
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Figma
  • Sketch or similar design platforms
• Strong understanding of branding, digital campaigns, and creative production workflows
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience managing project timelines, workflows, and deliverables
• Ability to balance creative vision with client objectives and deadlines
• A strong professional portfolio demonstrating creative excellence across multiple mediums is essential

Key Responsibilities

Creative Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team including designers, animators, illustrators, and copywriters.
• Provide guidance, feedback, and direction to ensure the highest creative standards are maintained.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous development within the creative team.

Creative Direction & Strategy

• Work closely with the Creative Director to define and execute the overall creative vision across projects.
• Ensure creative outputs align with brand strategy, campaign objectives, and client expectations.
• Contribute to the development of creative concepts and campaign strategies.

Project & Workflow Management

• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Manage creative workflows, team workloads, and project priorities.
• Ensure deliverables meet studio standards and client requirements.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as the key liaison between the creative team and other departments such as production, marketing, and accounts.
• Participate in client presentations, pitches, and creative discussions where required.
• Ensure clear communication across teams to maintain alignment throughout projects.

Creative Innovation

• Stay informed on design, branding, and digital content trends.
• Encourage experimentation and innovation to push creative boundaries and elevate studio output.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication, or a related field
• Experience in branding, advertising, digital campaigns, or creative studio environments
• Familiarity with motion graphics, video production, or UI/UX design
